Report software issues found while using AutoBase SCADA/HMI products.

Use this channel to report software errors in AutoBase SCADA/HMI products. We will review the report and share whether it can be addressed and the outcome. For security vulnerabilities, use the separate Security Vulnerability Reporting page.

What to Report

  • Software errors in AutoBase SCADA, AutoBase SCADA Lite, AutoBase Touch, and other AutoBase products
  • PLC or device communication errors, monitoring display issues, and data processing errors
  • Malfunctions or performance issues during installation or operation

Include
Product, version and build · operating system · connected PLC/device model and communication method, if applicable · reproduction steps · error messages and screenshots · logs with sensitive information redacted, if needed

Response Process

    and testing
  3. Root cause analysis
  4. Fix and release
  5. Outcome shared

Safe Reporting

  • Reproduce issues only in an environment you own or are authorized to test. Avoid actions that could affect equipment or PLCs in live operation.
  • Before sharing logs or screenshots, remove or redact customer names, personal information, passwords, authentication tokens, and other unnecessary sensitive information.
