Waterworks Treatment

The Waterworks Treatment system is to monitor and to process a series of courses such as precipitation, filtration, and chemical treatments, etc. to use raw water as water supply. It operates the unit control program for each process, and transfers managers monitored data printed out automatically by hour, day, and month.

The Monitoring screen for water supply pipeline

  • Able to monitor the location where groundwater is used as water supply.
  • Supervises water level classified by each water reservoir and the amount of discharge.
  • Can maintain the water level of water storage facilities because automatic control programs make the pumps of water reservoirs run.

Chemical Input Device

  • Functions to treat automatically waterworks provided from water storage tanks with chemicals and to send it to high pressure water storage tanks.
  • Makes treated water in high pressure water storage tanks maintain the settled water level.

Activated Carbon Filter Paper Screen

  • Shows activated carbon filter paper in the process of cleaning and filtering.
  • Able to operate each machine appropriately under the circumstances by setting automatic/manual/semiautomatic running.

Quick Filter Paper

  • Indicates quick filter paper in the course of cleaning and filtering.
  • Able to operate each machine appropriately under the circumstances by setting automatic/manual/semiautomatic running.

Panel Monitor Screen

  • Aims to monitor generally panels connected to each supervising point.
  • Available to supervise totally water temperature, turbidity, PH, the amount of ozone and flowing water, etc.

Fluorine Input Device

  • This device is for disinfection in the process of waterworks treatment.
  • Chemicals are automatically input classified by seasons like Summer/winter.
  • It is programmed to vary the amount of input according to weight.
